Search for the property in SunCheck, choose a month and move the clock or sun marker. The map shows the likely sun direction and shadow direction for that location and time.

Yes. SunCheck provides all 12 monthly averages so home buyers can compare lower winter sun and longer shadows with higher summer sun and shorter midday shadows.

Does SunCheck model every nearby building and tree?

No. SunCheck shows open-sky solar geometry. Objects added by the user cast estimated shadows, but trees, terrain and unplaced buildings are not automatically modelled.
